This handmade skin care recipe is provided to us from Mindy Terry, Lifestyle professional and President, artistic Spa ideas.
Ingredients:
½ Ripe Organic Avocado
3 Chunks contemporary Pineapple
¼ Organic Lime
1 TBS further Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 TBS Honey (Local, if available)
To Cleanse before Mask: approximately ½ tsp. Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions:
Add avocado and pineapple chunks to a food processor. Squeeze the lime to extract juice and pulp onto the mixture. Method till swish however textured. Add olive oil and honey and blend with a fork till well blended.

Cleanse skin together with your favorite cleanser. Dampen a cotton pad with apple cider vinegar and swish over face and neck. Fastidiously avoid eye and lip space. (This step might tingle somewhat. Some redness is common. For sensitive skin, soak cotton pad with water before applying ACV). Apply the masque to your skin whereas sitting or standing. Avoid the attention and lip areas. Relax for ten minutes.

Remove excess masque together with your fingers, leaving a fine layer on the skin. Prepare a steam tub by simmering water over the stove. Whereas the water heats up, massage the masque into the skin using deep, upward circular movements. Still massage for three-five minutes.
Turn off the warmth on the stove. Lean your face over the steam rising from the water. Drape a towel over your head to make a tent preventing the steam from escaping. Fancy the steam tub for 3 minutes. Use a washcloth soaked in heat water to get rid of the masque and apply your favorite moisturizer.

Daily Skin Care Regimen

Monday, 9 July 2012
Are you happy with the way your skin looks? I scour the Internet looking for the best and most current skin care information including news about skin care products, skin problems, makeup, and much more. As teen girls, we know that we need to take care of our skin. However, it's harder than it seems. Here's how to have a good skin care regime for teenage girls!

A daily skin care regimen is a vital component to beautiful skin. A daily skin care regimen is essential because of our skin being constantly exposed to free radicals and pollutants like smoke and dust. A daily skin care regimen should include:
Exfoliate
Dead surface skin cells give your skin a dull look. Try a microdermabrasion home kit which will completely remove the dead uppermost layer of your skin, thus revealing the beautiful and healthier skin just below.
Tone
A good toner is essential to refine pores and tone the skin. The problem is you are dead wrong because everyone’s skin needs moisturizing.
Protect
Your skin needs daily protection from the sun and environmental pollution. The road to a clean, clear, and smooth skin can be disheartening at times and might make you lose faith with the skin care products being sold in the market.

Skin Care for Women in Their 20

Monday, 2 July 2012

For women in their twenties two of the biggest enemies are the sun and partying when it comes to skincare. Partying is of course another huge skincare enemy. Smoking constricts blood vessels which in turn means oxygen and blood aren’t being delivered efficiently which leads to early onset wrinkles due to the loss of elasticity in the skin. Even if you are not currently having a breakout it is a good idea to treat your skin as if you were each and every day. If you have oily skin try a cleanser with a very low benzyls peroxide content, but be careful to not overdo it.

Take it easy on the cosmetics. You are young and your skin is at its best already, there is no need for heavy foundations and congealers’ on a daily basis. If you still have trouble with breakouts after trying the above treatment do see a dermatologist, there is several good prescription treatments like Epiduo, which is a gel that helps minimize swelling and keep pores from clogging.

Without the right skin care routine, women's winter skin becomes dull, dry, or even damaged. Women in their 20's may not be as concerned with skin ageing, but dry skin is ageing skin. This beauty bar comes in three options: dry skin, normal skin, and oily skin. Choose the bar that best fits your skin profile. The second step is to moisturize the skin. My favorite choice for winter is Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizer, available at Clinique counters and on Clinique.com for $24.5. The final step is to protect the skin. For those who hate to wear sunscreen, I suggest Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunscreen SPF 50. I also suggest choosing a lip balm with protective sunscreen.

Body Skin Care Routine

Many people do not understand that a skin care routine extends further than simply those products that you place on to your skin.  The best skin care routine will factor in diet, lifestyle and skin care products, all working in synergy to give your body everything it needs to look its very best!

Eating a diet with antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables will help protect the body from numerous diseases, and have an overall positive effect on the skin.  Omega fatty acids will help strengthen the skin, thickening and aiding in the skin’s retention of moisture.  As we age our skin care routine serves different purposes.  For the best skin care results, an all encompassing routine is best.  A healthy lifestyle and diet that keep your body healthy and strong is vital.  When you accompany this with natural and safe skin care products featuring antioxidants, peptides and hydrating elements, you are laying the foundation for healthy, and beautiful skin.

If you have sensitive skin  choose a fragrance free that will purify and cleanse without irritating the skin.

Don't use any skin care products before using a cleanser and toner on your
skin, this can aggravate your skin condition and lose the benefits of your skin treatments

Skin Care Need

Everyone wants to have attractive, soft skin. Good skin care begins with keeping your skin clean. Skin care products like cleansers, toners, moisturizers and facial masks are all used to keep your skin in top condition. Skin care products come in formulations for dry, oily, sensitive, combination and normal skin.
If you don't want to use the synthetic-based skin care products that most people use, you can find natural, herbal or organic skin care products.

The Basic 3-Step Skincare Regimen Step

1: Cleansing
You need to find a good cleanser that your skin responds well to, and stick with it: See the best cleansers for your skin type.
Avoid bar soaps as they tend to dry out the skin. Choose a creamy cleanser if you have dry skin or a clear cleanser if you have oily skin.
Be careful not to cleanse too often, you risk over-cleansing skin, see signs you are overcleansing your skin. If you have dry skin, consider cold cream like Pond's, which the French use. Simply apply cream, then wipe off, no water needed (if you have hard water, it can be especially harsh on skin).

Step 2: Exfoliate
I use a facial scrub weekly to exfoliate my skin, but I also find using a washcloth when I cleanse my skin works just as well. After a quick rinse, any sign of dead skin is erased. You can also exfoliate skin via microdermabrasion, chemical peels and retinoids. Scrubs work by removing the top layer of dead skin cells that tend to dull your complexion. We find exfoliating skin once a week with a microdermabrasion kit keeps skin glowing year-round.

Step 3: Moisturize
Your skin will tell you. Are eye creams necessary? Some beauty experts strongly recommend eye creams.
